Shabuj Global Education provides educational consultancy, university placement advice, and visa administrative guidance. We cannot make or guarantee admission offers. Only the admissions authority of the respective university decides whether to offer you a place. Furthermore, we do not guarantee visa approvals. Final decisions on visa issuance rest solely with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) or the relevant foreign immigration authority. Our role is strictly limited to assisting with preparation, guidance, and document verification.

3. Paying Fees & Transparent Pricing

Our educational counselling and university application support are 100% free for students. You pay your tuition fees directly to the university, and your visa application fees directly to the UK government or official visa agency. We do not collect tuition or visa fees from you, and we never ask you to send money to a personal or private bank account. If any optional third-party service incurs an official fee, we will notify you of the exact cost in advance before you agree.

4. Student Obligations & Document Authenticity

You certify that all academic transcripts, certificates, identification documents, and financial records submitted to Shabuj Global Education are genuine, accurate, and complete. Submitting fraudulent documentation is a serious violation of university and immigration laws. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services and notify relevant educational institutions if forged documents are detected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, design layouts, branding, graphics, logos, text, and downloadable resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Shabuj Global Education Ltd or our licensors, protected by UK and international copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shabuj Global Education Ltd and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from university admissions rejections, visa refusals, changes in immigration policies, or delays attributable to third parties or official bodies.

7. Partner and Sub-Agent Standards

All channel partners, sub-agents, and institutional representatives collaborating with Shabuj Global Education must strictly adhere to our Compliance Code of Conduct: no guarantees or promises of admission, no collection of tuition or visa fees, provision of honest and clear advice, and strict compliance with our complaints procedure.
