We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to support growth across the Shabuj Global Education (SGE) organisation. This role focuses on building strong business and institutional partnerships, converting applications into enrolments, and achieving agreed student recruitment and revenue targets throughout the Egypt region.
Key responsibilities include:
• Recruiting students through an international agent network and partner institutions
• Developing strong relationships with new and existing B2B, B2C, and B2I partners based in the Egypt region
• Supporting recruitment activities such as in-person fairs, webinars, interviews and centre visits
• Working closely with other SGE departments to maximise applications and conversion
• Providing market intelligence, performance reporting and maintaining accurate CRM records
About you:
• Degree educated (or equivalent)
• At least 2-3 year’s experience in a sales role (higher education or international education desirable)
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently
• Fluent in English and Arabic
