Jessup University (officially William Jessup University) is a private Christian university based in Rocklin, California, with additional campuses in San Jose and Portland, and a global online campus. It emphasizes a faith-based, liberal arts education and developing transformational leaders equipped to serve in their communities and professions.

Founded in 1939 as San Jose Bible College, it became San Jose Christian College in 1989, and William Jessup University in 2005. In 2004 it relocated its main campus to Rocklin, California, and in 2023 announced a future transition to NCAA Division II athletics as part of the PacWest Conference

Jessup is ranked #68 (tie) in Regional Universities West by U.S. News & World Report (2025). It is also named a top performer on social mobility and praised for its small class sizes (10:1 ratio), faith‑based education, and student satisfaction.
